Plantee Series

This wheel-thrown collection blends black and white clay bodies together to create a beautiful home for your plants. The Plantee series embraces the quiet beauty of natural contrast. As the two clays meet, they swirl together and create unique, unexpected patterns. 

As I was naming this series, I saw that I had typed in Plantee instead of planter as I had intended. I decided to go with that name because it is a perfect representation of how creating with clay works. We have an idea, but the clay has its own spirit and can’t be controlled, only guided. 

Each planter is smooth to the touch and entirely unique, ready to house your favorite plants while serving as a sculptural accent in its own right. No glaze is used so the porous clay can hold excess water. Functional yet artful, Plantee lets the clay’s voice take center stage.

Each is about 5-6 in tall
* Please note that all items on my shop are handmade so please do not expect it to be like machine made and that is the beauty of it. All sales are final unless the defect affects its functionality.
