loneliness & the antidote

He just doesn’t know it yet

Lots of thoughts on his mind,

he fears

being alone

Are we really ever alone?

Humans, plants, animals, the Earth,

other spiritual beings,…

We’re all connected

The divinity is with him

No matter what he calls them

Actually it’s within him

He just doesn’t know it yet.

this is in my pottery poetry at midnight series - I wrote some about my works when It’s hard to fall asleep.

This piece was made from 2 clay bodies: black & white. It was sanded and polished with beewax-scented oil mix. All colors are from clay, no glaze is being used. It has a hole on the back so you can hang it on the wall as well.
